Payment
Policy
- Payment for service is due by the day of service by cash,
check or paypal, unless otherwise discussed. Package fees and
project fees are to be paid upfront unless otherwise arranged.
Payment for nutrition counseling includes communication with
Natalie and other members of the counseling team as well as
reasonable phone and email communication outside of the session
with Natalie at no extra charge. However, please refer to our
Email Support Policy for more details.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments are reservations of Natalie’s time, which keeps
other clients from reserving that time. Therefore, if
cancellations are not made with at least 24 hours in advance of
the scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire
session. This policy applies to all appointments, including
face-to-face, phone, email and online consultations.
Email
Support Policy -
As an
active client of Nutrition By Natalie, email support is provided
as a complimentary service (reminder texts not included).
However, extensive phone communication or emails that replace
follow-up care or consultations, whether scheduled or
unscheduled, will be billed at 15-minute increments.
