I can't take credit for the awesomeness that sweet potato toast is because it was blogged about long before I finally attempted it BUT it is my new favorite thing. Here are two options - one savory, one sweet. I often top the avocado one with a soft boiled or poached egg and local Yellowbird sauce - drool.
