As you probably already know, so much of the information, recipes and resources I share are about improving your health and well-being. Essentially, my goal in all the work I do as a dietitian is to help add years to your life, and life to your years. This almost always boils down to the health of our mitochondria as we age.

On that note, and in an effort to share information that's too good to withhold, I'm so excited to invite you to join a free live event I'm hosting on Zoom next week on Wednesday, February 23 at 12:30pm CST.
