After a LOT of hard work behind the scenes for what feels like forever, haha, I'm so excited to finally announce that I have a new book coming out! Anti-Inflammatory Diet 5-Ingredient Cookbook is about helping you find foods you love that will love you back. The content and recipes are thoughtfully chosen to ultimately help you feel better, with a practical approach and simple, nutrient-dense recipes.
